Learn at your pace, and at your place!

  • What is included in the Lesson Fee?
In general, Lesson Fees include: Pre-preparation Time (when I plan and design the lesson based on your specific needs and goals. Every lesson is different and requires unique preparation. Developing a curriculum for a series of lessons also takes a great deal of preparation.) 60 minutes or 90 minutes of Contact Time. Post-review and Feedback (where I summarize our lesson and provide you with detailed commentary of your progress. This is optional and is only provided if the student requests it.) Availability to Answer Basic Questions Between Lessons (I am happy to lightly text with you outside lesson hours. Note that I do not text during anyone's Contact Time. Basic questions refers to questions that can be answered simply and quickly via text or email; any inquiries that require lengthy explanations or physical instruction should be saved for your Contact Time.) Please keep in mind that Lesson Fees do not include teacher commute fees to in-person lesson locations. These are to be paid via bank transfer or in cash before the start of the lesson. Students are responsible for arranging the location of in-person lessons and any fees that may incur during that process. In general, fees for non-lesson services, such as Video/Audio/Document Uploads include: Review Time (when I watch or listen to your full length recording one time through). Note-taking Time (when I watch or listen to your full length recording again, stopping and taking notes as many times as needed). Document Preparation (where I compile all the feedback into a digestible format. Depending on the needs of the student, this could be in the form of a PDF document, a video response, or other file type.) Availability to Answer Basic Questions Regarding the Feedback (I am happy to lightly text with you about the feedback. Note that I do not text during anyone's Contact Time. Basic questions refers to questions that can be answered simply and quickly via text or email; any inquiries that require lengthy explanations should be saved for your Contact Time.)
